As a Talent Acquisition & Recruitment professional, you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications. You will source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Your responsibilities will include screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and assessing candidates" qualifications. Additionally, you will coordinate interviews, ensure timely feedback, and maintain communication with candidates. Managing recruitment campaigns and job advertisements will also be part of your role.
