HR Executive/ Senior HR Executive

As a Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. You will handle recruitment for positions ranging from entry-level to senior-level roles. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent. - Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify ideal candidates. - Conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit. - Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Managing offer negotiations and coordinating compensation packages. - Ensuring timely and sufficient staffing to meet company goals and objectives. - Providing detailed and analytical recruitment reports. - Facilitating candidate induction and onboarding. To qualify for this role, you will need: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (IT and Non-IT). - Strong ability to source and identify the best candidates through various channels. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. - Strong ability to read between the lines and handle candidate queries effectively. - Career-focused and goal-driven with a passion for recruitment.,
