We are Hiring for Sr Executive - Workday

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage Workday Recruitment operations alongside MIS reporting and analytics. This role will support the Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end Workday Recruitment processes and provide actionable insights through data reporting, dashboards, and analytics within Workday and other MIS tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workday Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle through Workday Recruiting (Job Requisition, Job Posting, Candidate Management, Offers).
  • Work closely with HR and Hiring Managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes within Workday.
  • Optimize recruitment workflows, templates, and automations in Workday.
  • Track recruitment metrics like Time to Hire, Source Effectiveness, Offer Acceptance Rate.
  • Troubleshoot Workday recruitment system issues and liaise with technical teams as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and legal hiring standards through accurate system updates.

2. MIS (Management Information Systems) Responsibilities:

  • Develop, automate, and maintain Workday reports: Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and Custom Reports.
  • Create dashboards and visualization reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, diversity metrics, recruitment funnel).
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency in HR & Recruitment data.
  • Deliver actionable insights and reports to HR leadership, Finance, and Business Units.
  • Provide support for integration of Workday MIS data with external reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Analyze trends to inform strategic workforce decisions.

Skills & Competencies:

Workday Skills:

  • Proficient in Workday Recruitment Module.
  • Expertise in Workday Reporting Tools (Core, Advanced, Composite Reports).
  • Familiarity with Workday Security related to reporting and recruitment.

MIS & Analytical Skills:

  • Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboards).
  • Exposure to BI tools: Power BI, Tableau (optional but preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Added advantage - If MIS candidate has knowledge of Workday Recruiting Module.
