Job Description: An LMS (Learning Management System) Course Designer designs, develops, and implements engaging e-learning courses within a Learning Management System (LMS) platform, ensuring effective and efficient online learning experiences. This role combines instructional design expertise with technical proficiency to manage and maintain course content, track learner progress, and provide technical support. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop online courses in collaboration with subject matter experts Apply instructional design theories and practice to create engaging, effective learning experiences Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools Set instructional goals and create course content that meets these goals Revise and rewrite course content for improvement and update Required Skills and Qualifications: Instructional Design: Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methods. LMS Proficiency: Familiarity with at least one LMS platform (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard). Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and potentially other web development technologies. Communication and Collaboration: Ability to effectively communicate with learners, SMEs, and other stakeholders. Project Management: Ability to manage course development projects and timelines. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions. Additional Information: Efficiency in Power BI is an added advantage.
