About Role -
We are seeking a highly skilled
Content Designer
to support our Driver Engagement initiatives through clear, structured, and user-centric communication. The role involves designing content that enhances driver engagement, simplifies processes, and maintains consistency across all digital and operational touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content design, workflow communication, digital content structuring, and process documentation within fast-paced operational environments.
Responsibilities -
1. Content Creation & Design
Develop clear, concise, and user-friendly content tailored for driver partners (EV fleet drivers & field staff).
Create communication materials such as SOP guides, onboarding manuals, FAQs, training modules, and process flow documents.
Translate complex operational information into easy-to-understand formats.
Design engaging digital content for mobile apps, dashboards, driver communication channels, and internal platforms.
2. Driver Engagement Communication
Build communication templates for daily engagement alerts, updates, policies, guidelines, and training content.
Develop content for driver awareness campaigns, performance updates, safety programs, and incentive communication.
Ensure messaging is simple, relevant, and culturally aligned with the driver ecosystem.
3. Process Documentation
Document end-to-end processes for DE workflows, including onboarding, deployment, training, attendance, and compliance.
Create visual process maps, SOPs, checklists, and quick-reference guides.
Maintain a centralized repository of all DE process documents with version control.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Operations, HR, Training, and Communications teams to collect input and validate content.
Partner with designers to create visually appealing layouts for digital communication.
Support product teams by providing UX writing and content for app notifications, screen text, and driver interfaces.
5. Digital Content Consistency
Ensure uniform content tone, style, and guidelines across all driver touchpoints (WhatsApp, App, SMS, physical copies, email).
Maintain content libraries and ensure updated versions are accessible to stakeholders.
Conduct audits to check content clarity, accuracy, and usability.
6. Continuous Improvement
Analyze feedback from driver partners to refine content and communication workflows.
Recommend improvements in communication channels and DE processes.
Contribute to building a stronger, more effective driver engagement ecosystem.
Qualification -
Bachelor s degree in Communication, Journalism, English, Mass Media, or related field.
2-6 years of experience in content design, technical writing, UX writing, or communication design.
Experience in logistics, mobility, ride-hailing, or blue-collar workforce communication is an added advantage.
Strong command of written English (ability to produce content in Hindi/Marathi/vernacular languages preferred).
Required Skills-
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Ability to simplify complex processes for non-technical audiences.
Experience with content structuring tools (Google Docs, MS Office, Notion, FIGMA preferred).
Basic understanding of UX writing and digital content design.
Strong research and interviewing skills.
Good visualization skills to create workflows and structured documents.
