Content Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing strategies aligned with bank objectives, guided by research, customer insights, and competition.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and crossfunctional teams to ensure marketing efforts achieve defined outcomes.
• Create impactful, targeted content across print, media, and other communication channels.
• Use data analytics to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and support informed decisionmaking.
• Manage budgets effectively, set clear marketing goals, and drive organizationwide alignment to maximize ROI.

Preferred candidate profile

• Extensive expertise in UX writing, copywriting, and content design, producing clear, engaging, and brandaligned content.
• Skilled in agile collaboration with designers, product owners, and compliance teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Proficient with tools like Figma and GenAI, enabling rapid, scalable content creation and design integration.
• Experienced in contributing to design systems, content guidelines, and ensuring accessibility, inclusivity, and SEO best practices.
• Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts constructively while navigating complex business structures.
• Confident in championing brand voice, communicating sensitive or complex information, and supporting customer advocacy across channels.
