Job Description – Content Designer (2–3 Years Experience)

Position: Content Designer

Industry: Hydroponic Farming / Agri-Tech

Experience Required: 2–3 years in content designing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging content (digital, print & visual) related to hydroponic farming, sustainable agriculture, and farm-to-fork concepts.
• Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, social media creatives, infographics, product labels, and promotional materials.
• Design educational content for internal training, farm operations, and customer awareness campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and farm operations teams to create clear and visually appealing communication.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Edit, proofread, and enhance existing content to improve clarity and impact.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in graphic design and content creation tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc.).
• Ability to simplify technical/agri-related concepts into easy-to-understand visuals.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and strong storytelling abilities.
• Experience designing content for FMCG, agriculture, farming, or sustainability sectors (preferred).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in content designing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
