Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and journal entries.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records such as ledgers, trial balances, and balance sheets.
  • Manage export-import documentation including:
  • Invoice preparation
  • Packing list
  • Bill of lading
  • Letter of Credit (LC)
  • Bank documentation for remittance
  • Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and banks for export-import operations.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, including follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Support GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of export-import procedures and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / any accounting software.
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Familiarity with GST and TDS regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
