This involves recruiting, onboarding, and managing delivery partners, as well as ensuring service standards are maintained. They also work closely with operations to optimize delivery costs and ensure smooth operations. Partner Acquisition and Management: Conduct field visits, actively recruit and onboard delivery partners (like riders), and manage existing partners to ensure they meet performance standards and service expectations. Cost Optimization: Negotiate rates with local vendors and retailers to optimize delivery costs, explore cost-effective solutions for last-mile delivery, and work with operations to improve efficiency. Network Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding the last-mile network, including collaborating with government and private organizations, and exploring new delivery models (e.g., using 3rd parties for smaller packages). Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate data on rider capacity and dispatch targets, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide reports on partner performance and cost analysis. Collaboration: Work closely with ground operations and Last Mile leadership to ensure efficient LM operations Performance Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in last-mile delivery processes and operations, focusing on cost reduction, productivity gains, and improved service quality. Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to understand the needs of delivery partners, identify areas for improvement, and build strong relationships.
