Job Description Summary: As the Workday Talent and Performance Module Lead you will typically focus on the Talent and Performance management module, serving as the functional owner/ architect and subject matter expert (SME) for the module, providing strategic oversight, technical leadership, and operational support. This role will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders within our Talent and Performance management and total rewards team identifying, designing, implementing, and maintaining talent management solutions within Workday and those relevant 3rd party talent management support systems that interface with Workday. The candidate must have a proven track record of implementing and administrating Workday with expert level knowledge on the Talent and Performance management module and HCM processing. This includes driving system improvements, automating processes, testing and operational support.
