Description
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Alkegen, you will play a crucial role in proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and utilizing various sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates. Your main responsibilities will include candidate sourcing through methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms. You will conduct research and market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive talent landscapes while building and maintaining a database of potential candidates for current and future job openings. In terms of candidate engagement, you will initiate contact with potential candidates through email, social media, and other communication channels. Developing and maintaining candidate relationships to keep them informed about job opportunities and the organization's culture will be essential. You will also assess candidates" qualifications, interests, and availability to determine their suitability for specific roles. Moreover, you will be responsible for candidate screening by conducting initial assessments to ensure they meet basic job requirements and qualifications. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with recruiters and hiring managers for qualified candidates and providing detailed candidate profiles, including resumes and notes from initial interactions, will be part of your daily tasks. Data management is another crucial aspect of your role, where you will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing efforts in the HRIS system (Workday). Generating regular reports on sourcing activities and the status of the talent pipeline will also be a key responsibility. Collaboration is key at Alkegen, and you will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand their hiring needs and priorities. Your insights on sourcing strategies will be valued, and you will participate in recruitment strategy meetings to contribute effectively. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as a Sourcer or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced recruitment environment. Experience with US markets, sourcing for technical and sales talent, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, particularly Workday, are desirable. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential qualities for this position.
