As a Recruiting Coordinator at Alkegen, you will play a crucial role in proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline. Here's a breakdown of the key responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - **Candidate Sourcing:** - Utilize various methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to identify potential candidates. - Conduct research and market analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive talent landscapes. - Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future job openings. - **Candidate Engagement:** - Initiate contact with potential candidates through email, social media, and other communication channels. - Develop and maintain candidate relationships to keep them informed about job opportunities and the organization's culture. - Assess candidates" qualifications, interests, and availability to determine their suitability for specific roles. - **Candidate Screening:** - Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure they meet basic job requirements and qualifications. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with recruiters and hiring managers for qualified candidates. - Provide detailed candidate profiles to recruiters, including resumes and notes from initial interactions. - **Data Management:** - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and sourcing efforts in the HRIS system (Workday). - Generate regular reports on sourcing activities and the status of the talent pipeline. - **Collaboration:** - Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR teams to understand their hiring needs and priorities. - Participate in recruitment strategy meetings and contribute insights on sourcing strategies. **Qualifications/Experience:** - Proven experience as a Sourcer or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced recruitment environment. - Experience with US markets. - Experience sourcing for technical and sales talent. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, Workday (desirable). - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and online databases. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
