Job Description

As a Recruiter at our dynamic team in Kochi, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in Kochi, Kozhikode, and Bahrain. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, driving volume and sales hiring efficiently, managing candidate engagement and communication, aligning compensation, and overseeing offer negotiations. Additionally, you will be assessing cultural fitment for each hire and contributing to employer branding initiatives. We are looking for someone with at least 2-5 years of recruitment experience, hands-on experience in volume hiring and sales roles, exposure to both domestic and international hiring processes, proven proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems, job boards, and social hiring tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a proactive mindset and a passion for team building.
