Job Title: Guest Relation Assistant Department: Guest Relation Job Summary: The Guest Relation Executive/Assistant is responsible for creating a positive and welcoming experience for all guests and visitors. The role involves handling guest inquiries, managing check-in/check-out processes, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance as needed. Manage guest check-in, check-out, and registration processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services, facilities, and events. Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services. Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure a high standard of hospitality is delivered. Maintain records of guest interactions and update databases when required. Assist with VIP guest arrangements and special requests. Ensure the front desk/reception area is clean, professional, and presentable at all times. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Good knowledge of MS Office and front office systems (if applicable). Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Hospitality, Administration, or related field preferred. 0–3 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Customer Service. Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
