Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end hiring across levels. (80% positions in sales and 20 % are other departments)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through active sourcing, referrals and networking.
Screen and assess candidates for JD fitment, communication and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Conduct salary discussions and support offer finalization.
Handle pre-onboarding checks such as document collection and background verification coordination.
Plan and execute the onboarding process for new joinee.
Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
Partner with department leaders to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
Support employer branding initiatives focused on attracting sales talent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
