Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end hiring across levels. (80% positions in sales and 20 % are other departments)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through active sourcing, referrals and networking.
  • Screen and assess candidates for JD fitment, communication and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
  • Conduct salary discussions and support offer finalization.
  • Handle pre-onboarding checks such as document collection and background verification coordination.
  • Plan and execute the onboarding process for new joinee.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
  • Support employer branding initiatives focused on attracting sales talent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
