Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated US Non-IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for diverse non-technical roles across various industries. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates in the US market. This role requires proficiency with major job portals and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and candidate onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Make job offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure successful closures for assigned requisitions.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management

  • Source candidates using major US job portals such as Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Create effective and engaging job postings to attract qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and future hiring needs.

Applicant Tracking & Reporting

  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems such as Oorwin, and Ceipal ATS etc., to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the ATS regarding candidate status and communication history.
  • Generate recruitment reports and provide updates to leadership and hiring teams.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Provide market insights, hiring trends, and recommendations to improve recruitment outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–4 years of experience as a US Recruiter, specifically in Non-IT positions.
  • Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and hiring practices.
  • Hands-on experience using major job boards and multiple ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
