Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated BPO Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a permanent work-from-home capacity. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for our diverse range of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) clients, focusing on high-volume hiring for roles in customer support (voice/non-voice), technical support, and back-office operations. This role demands excellent organizational skills and proficiency with digital recruitment tools to source, screen, and place top talent efficiently from a remote setting.  Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for high-volume roles using job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and internal databases. Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough remote screening and interviews (phone and video conferencing) to assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills (communication, problem-solving, adaptability, emotional intelligence), and aptitude for a WFH BPO environment. Qualifications: Proven work experience (at least 6 months to 2 years) as a recruiter in a consultancy or staffing environment, with a strong preference for BPO hiring experience. Experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport remotely. Proficiency in using job portals, social media for recruitment, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Mandatory:  Own laptop/desktop and a stable, high-speed internet connection are required for this permanent WFH role.
