As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth while ensuring seamless immigration services for our clients.


Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in our immigration services. This role demands a proactive leader with strong sales expertise, strategic thinking, and team management skills to achieve ambitious targets. Additionally, this individual will oversee immigration operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in visa processing while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients regarding immigration products and services via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Engage with prospective clients, assess eligibility, and recommend appropriate immigration pathways.

• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand business opportunities.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals and immigration consultants,

ensuring high-performance standards.

• Oversee visa application preparation, submission, and tracking, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

• Conduct periodic audits on case files to maintain accuracy and compliance.

• Collaborate with legal teams and consulate offices to facilitate visa approvals and resolve

client concerns.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, immigration authorities, and industry

stakeholders.

• Stay updated on regulatory changes, immigration policies, and emerging market trends to enhance client experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or immigration services.

• Proven track record in sales, revenue generation, and client relationship management.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of immigration processes and policies for major destinations (e.g., US, Canada, Australia, Germany).

• High attention to detail with a commitment to compliance and accuracy.
