You are an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Recruiter sought to join a team at the M.G Road, Agra location. Your main responsibility will be to attract and acquire top talent for the organization. Your key duties will include sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, coordinating the interview process, and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and update job descriptions to reflect position requirements accurately. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field and possess 3 to 8 years of proven experience as a Human Resources Recruiter. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques, and the ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams are essential for success in this position.
