Your key responsibilities will include: - Candidate Sourcing and Coordination: Collaborating in the identification of candidates through various channels such as campus events, job fairs, online platforms, and social media to attract early-career talent. - Event Support and Logistics: Assisting in the planning, organization, and coordination of campus recruiting events, information sessions, and interviews to ensure seamless execution and provide candidates with a positive experience. - Pipeline and Database Management: Monitoring candidate progress, managing the talent database, and ensuring accurate and timely updates within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Candidate Engagement: Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering updates and addressing inquiries to create a welcoming and professional experience. - Brand Promotion: Representing our organization as an employer of choice by sharing our values, culture, and career opportunities with students and recent graduates. To excel in this role, you should possess: - Education: A Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: While internship experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar field is advantageous, it is not mandatory. - Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills. - Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with social media platforms, and a willingness to learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
