Job Description

Recruitment Coordinator

You’ll be the connective layer between candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate

    interviews, assessments, and follow-ups

    across multiple stakeholders
  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a

    clear and professional experience

  • Maintain and update candidate data in the

    ATS

    accurately
  • Support recruiters with

    job postings, resume tracking, and interview logistics

  • Track hiring progress, interview feedback, and offer status
  • Handle documentation related to interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • Act as the first point of contact for candidate scheduling queries
  • Ensure timelines are met and stakeholders stay aligned

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with

    ATS or recruitment tools

    (any platform)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and schedules simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of hiring workflows and interview processes
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, calendars, and email tools
