Job Description

Location: Remote Experience: 0-6 Months Timings: 7 PM to 3AM IST(Night Shift) Responsibilities : Maintain and update clients’ profiles, resumes, and LinkedIn profiles to ensure they are accurate, compelling, and tailored to target job roles. Identify suitable job opportunities for clients, customizing applications to highlight their strengths and align with job requirements. Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather necessary information, and discuss job opportunities. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout the job search process. Gather feedback from clients and employers to refine and improve the recruitment process and client profiles.
