Job Description

You should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end IT or Non-IT Recruitment within the BFSI sector in the Indian Staffing industry. Your responsibilities will include handling client requirements from diverse domains and managing the complete recruitment process. Your expertise should cover recruiting for a wide range of technical and non-technical/functional roles, including both Contract to Hire and Permanent positions. You must be skilled in using Keywords and Boolean Search techniques to effectively source and screen candidates from resume platforms, social media, and other channels. In addition to your recruitment capabilities, you should possess excellent communication, candidate engagement, and negotiation skills. These skills will be crucial in interacting with potential candidates, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful placements.
