Researcher, Executive Recruiting

As a member of the Google Recruiting team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating leadership talent to contribute to the innovative technologies, products, and services at Google. You will focus on providing a remarkable experience to past, present, and potential Googlers by finding exceptional candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness. Your responsibilities will include guiding candidates through the hiring process, introducing them to the Google work culture, and building lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Your key qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 3 years of experience in executive search, management consulting, or in-house recruitment. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, hands-on candidate engagement and assessment skills, expertise in creating search strategies and market mapping, as well as the ability to drive search strategies based on market insights. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and owning search strategies for executive searches across various Google product areas, both technical and non-technical. You will collaborate with Executive Recruiters to provide domain and market insights, source candidates internally and externally, build candidate relationships, and continuously innovate to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting processes.
