The ideal candidate will be well-versed in sourcing qualified leads through various channels and possess a keen eye for top talent. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process with a heavy focus on strategic sourcing, candidate outreach, and pipeline development. This is a high-impact role where your ability to identify, attract, and engage top talent will directly influence the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics. Proactively source and identify potential candidates through platforms like Linkedin, job boards, Boolean searches, social media, professional networks, and talent databases. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Screen and qualify candidates through phone/video interviews, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture. Manage job postings, applications, and candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing and lead generation.
