Job Description

As a Recruiter at Corporate Resources, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top-tier candidates to support our company's growth. Your role will play a crucial part in shaping our workforce and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. You will actively engage with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline and conduct initial screenings to assess their qualifications and cultural fit. Additionally, you will conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates" skills, experience, and alignment with the company culture. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will understand their specific needs, provide updates on candidate pipelines, and facilitate the interview process. You will extend offers to selected candidates, assist in negotiation, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Delivering an exceptional candidate experience is paramount, and you will continuously gather feedback to improve the recruitment process. Furthermore, you will maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system, generate recruitment reports, and track key performance metrics for process enhancement. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with proven experience as a recruiter. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are essential. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices are also required. Exceptional time management and organizational skills will be beneficial.
