Additionally, conducting behavioral and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates and maintaining accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) will be essential aspects of your role. In this position, you will be expected to generate recruitment metrics and reports to facilitate continuous improvement while staying current on recruitment best practices. The stipend for this internship opportunity ranges up to 20k, depending on your skills and contributions.
