Talent Acquisition Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Caller Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, understanding hiring requirements, and assisting in closing open positions across departments such as Sales, Customer Support, and Logistics.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and an opportunity to build a strong foundation in HR hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make extensive outbound calls to potential candidates for various open roles.
• Explain job descriptions and company details clearly and effectively.
• Maintain daily call reports and candidate databases.
• Coordinate with HR recruiters to understand hiring needs and align calling targets.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support other recruitment activities as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:

• Freshers or recent graduates can apply (any stream).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn recruitment and grow in the HR domain.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily calling targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
