Job Description: Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our fast- paced HR team in Bengaluru. This role offers hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, exposure to global hiring practices, and a front-row seat to how a high-growth tech organization scales its talent. What You’ll Do: Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities. Conduct initial candidate assessments and manage candidate experience throughout the process. Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with reporting. Contribute to employer branding, campus hiring, and other recruitment initiatives. Collaborate with global TA teams across APAC, US, and EMEA on cross-regional projects. What You Need: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field, preferably from Tier I college. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.
