HR Intern

Your main responsibilities will include: - Utilizing various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates for technology roles such as developers, cloud experts, DevOps engineers, ERP consultants, and more. - Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for specific positions. - Conducting initial outreach and communication with potential candidates to assess interest and fit for the roles. - Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers for a smooth process. - Preparing and submitting detailed candidate profiles to clients, emphasizing their skills, experience, and suitability for the roles. - Maintaining and updating the candidate database with accurate information. - Staying informed about industry trends to effectively identify and engage top talent. - Providing administrative support for recruitment and HR functions as required. Qualifications required for this role: - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong interest in HR and recruitment, especially within the IT industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
