Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team at Proziod Analytics. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong foundation in human resources, and the ability to learn quickly.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data and records.
Support benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong understanding of human resources principles, practices, and laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
