Purpose of the Job: The Spare In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the inventory management, procurement, and distribution of spare parts. This role ensures the availability of necessary spare parts to support maintenance and repair operations, maintaining optimal stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers and service teams to achieve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities · Monitor and manage spare parts inventory to ensure adequate stock levels. · Implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock outs and excess inventory. · Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. · Place orders and ensure timely delivery of spare parts. · Assist service teams in identifying the correct parts for repairs and maintenance. · Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to spare parts. · Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, deliveries, and returns. · Use inventory management software to track and report on key metrics. · Implement safety protocols for the storage and handling of spare parts. · Ensure parts are billed as per requirement. Support dealer revenue objectives by ensuring that monthly sales targets are met. Ensure a seamless delivery experience to Ather customers. Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of Ather vehicles. Executing marketing events to drive more sales while maintaining superior customer experience.
