Service Advisor

Duties & Responsibilities

 Receiving walk in vehicles / Booking vehicles

 Understand customer’s service need and preparing Job cards as per standard

 Take trials of the bike to understand customer concerns / complaints better or to diagnose the cause of the

problem

 Look for opportunity to sell any value added products (Subscription/AMC etc.) available

 Coordinate with Floor Supervisor to ensure vehicle readiness as per commitment.

 Inform customer on vehicle readiness, jobs carried out and final cost

 Explain the job done through failed parts & offer test ride if required

 Check and ensure all customer concerns are resolved before delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Intimate repair cost and time and take customer’s approval.

 Inform on pending jobs (if so) or future jobs to be carried out on the vehicle

 Hand over and collect the instant feedback form from the customer

 Inform next service due date and Kms, put stickers on the vehicle

 Seeing off the customer after giving gate pass.

Specialized Knowledge& Skills

 Diploma required

 Extensive knowledge of automotive industry and parts

 Excellent communication and organizational skills

 Ability to communicate equally well with mechanics, customers and senior

management

 Familiarity with R.O. Writer preferred, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
