Job Summary:
We are Hiring a Service Advisor to handle customer interactions, service documentation, and ensure smooth workshop coordination for timely vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers, understand their vehicle needs, and provide service estimates
- Service and Repairs: Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and conduct vehicle inspections
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance (oil changes, tire checks, etc.)
- Communication: Explain repairs and services to customers, and provide follow-up
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in automotive technology or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in automobile service
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
