Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes, employee engagement programs, training and development, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, HR documentation, and MIS reporting. Your role will also involve ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends - Maintain employee records and update HR databases - Plan and execute employee engagement programs - Track employee performance metrics and provide feedback - Assist in formulating and updating HR policies - Organize welfare activities and health programs for employees - Ensure adherence to labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements - Handle employee grievances and drive engagement initiatives - Prepare HR documentation and MIS reports Qualifications Required: - MBA Additional Details: This is a contractual/temporary position with a contract length of 6 months. The benefits include paid sick time, paid time off, and the option to work from home. The work location is in person.,
