HR Assistant

As an HR Generalist with a minimum of 2 years of experience, your role will involve collaborating with HoDs to understand skills and competencies required for all openings, facilitating the hiring process, and ensuring proper documentation. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening CVs, organizing interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting HoDs in collaboration with the Training Team for the development of staff to align with organizational goals. - Ensuring timely completion of Performance Appraisal processes and providing ongoing feedback to employees. - Maintaining constant communication with employees and HoDs to ensure effective coordination. - Administering and executing human resource programs such as compensation, benefits, time management, and talent management. - Staying updated on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies. - Identifying and proposing improvements to policies and procedures. - Creating and maintaining MIS reports for management presentations. You should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Graduation in any field from a recognized university. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities. - Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling HR matters. - Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems like Oracle or SAP.
