As an Assistant in this role, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media platforms. - Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Support onboarding activities, including documentation and induction for new hires. - Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
