Senior Recruitment Consultant

As a Senior Recruiter (Headhunter) at Blue Genes Research (BGR-Global), located in Mira Road, Mumbai, you will be responsible for independently driving end-to-end search assignments with minimal supervision. Your role will involve market research, talent intelligence, market mapping, candidate outreach, primary screening, shortlist report creation, interview coordination, client and candidate communication, ATS and Database updates, as well as supporting senior consultants on CXO and mid-senior level mandates. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and talent intelligence - Perform market mapping and long-listing of potential candidates - Engage with candidates through outreach activities - Conduct primary screening and assessment of candidates - Create shortlist reports for the recruitment process - Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates - Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and database - Assist senior consultants with CXO and mid-senior level mandates Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a background in the manufacturing industry - Proven exposure to hiring in the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sectors - Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision - Strong ownership mindset, demonstrating reliability, commitment, and sincerity - Go-getter attitude with exceptional follow-through capabilities - Excellent communication and coordination skills - High integrity, disciplined work ethic, and consistent performance - Familiarity with ATS tools and structured reporting Joining BGR will offer you the opportunity to work at a top global expert-led research-driven boutique executive search firm.
