Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter in our organization, your role will involve managing the full cycle recruitment process for various departments. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Utilize various sourcing techniques such as online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates" qualifications and fit for the position will also be a part of your responsibilities. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, building and maintaining relationships with candidates, providing guidance to hiring managers, negotiating job offers, and staying updated on industry trends are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, for various departments within the organization. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. - Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates" qualifications and fit for the position. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection criteria. - Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including conducting reference checks and coordinating background screenings. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on full cycle recruiting. - Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent across various functions and levels. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment laws and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. In addition to the above, skills in recruitment and proficiency in recruitment tools will be beneficial for excelling in this role.,
