Credit Analyst

As a Credit Analyst in the Debt Vertical, you will play a crucial role in managing the execution of debt transactions from initiation to closure. Your responsibilities will include overseeing transaction processes, coordinating with banks, conducting client meetings, and ensuring smooth transaction processing. Your ability to maintain strong client relationships, resolve queries effectively, and achieve end-to-end transaction closure will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Execution: - Manage the execution process of debt transactions and ensure accurate processing. - Ensure compliance with relevant policies and timely documentation. Bank Coordination: - Initiate and maintain communication with banks for transaction processing. - Follow up on transaction status, resolve issues, and gather necessary information. Client Meetings: - Conduct meetings with clients to discuss transaction details and provide updates. - Address client concerns, ensuring satisfaction throughout the transaction process. Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact. - Manage client expectations and provide high-quality service to foster long-term partnerships. Query Resolution: - Respond to client queries promptly and offer effective solutions during the transaction process. - Provide clear explanations and address any issues that arise. End-to-End Transaction Closure: - Coordinate all activities required for successful transaction closure. - Review and verify transaction aspects for compliance with contractual obligations. Qualifications: - MBA in Finance, Business Analyst, Marketing, or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. - Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or debt sector roles. - Strong understanding of financial processes and debt transactions. - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to meet deadlines. - Proven track record in client relationship management and transaction execution.
