Job Description

You will be joining our team as a Back Office HR Admin, where your primary responsibility will be to handle client communications and address their inquiries related to our virtual HRMS product. Your role will require exceptional English communication skills and a proactive approach to providing top-notch customer service. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position. Your key responsibilities will include responding to client inquiries through email, phone, and chat in a professional and timely manner. You will need to provide clear and concise information to clients regarding the features and functionalities of our HRMS product. Additionally, you will assist clients in troubleshooting issues, offering step-by-step guidance for problem resolution. It will be essential to document client interactions accurately in our CRM system and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. You will also contribute to the development of user guides, FAQs, and other support materials, staying updated on product changes to offer precise information to clients. Participation in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills will also be expected. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach are crucial. You should be able to understand and simplify technical concepts, have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and demonstrate strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Effective multitasking, time management, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude towards issue resolution are essential. While familiarity with HRMS products or HR processes is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and relevant experience is considered a bonus.
