About the Role

This role primarily involves supporting administrative activities while working closely with the HR Ops team on onboarding, coordination, and documentation as needed. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth HR processes, timely task execution, and a well-organized employee experience.

What you will do:
  • Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Manage employee transportation requirements.
  • Handle ID card applications, issuance, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
  • Maintain employee databases and update HRMS records.
  • Work with the HR Ops team on offer releases and documentation.
  • Support internal teams with HR-related coordination.
  • Prepare reports, maintain trackers, and manage HR documentation.
  • Take on additional tasks for exposure and learning across HR functions.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, proactive approach.
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Management, or related field (completed or pursuing).
  • Must have completed HR-related courses/certifications.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
