Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic
HR & Admin Executive
who will be responsible for handling
end-to-end HR operations and general administration
. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and office administration to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee office administration including vendor management, office supplies, and facility coordination.
- Manage travel, events, and logistics requirements for the team.
- Coordinate with external service providers for statutory compliances and office maintenance.
- Support management in implementing company culture, employee welfare activities, and workplace improvements.
Requirements And Skills
- Educational Qualifications: B. Tech and MBA (HR) preferred. A technical background is a plus.
- Experience: 0-3 years of work experience.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong knowledge of job portals and social media hiring.
- Experience in startups is a plus.
- Solid understanding of sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
