Employment Type - Full time, Work from Office

Responsibilities:-

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
Source and attract candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, networking, etc.).
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure cultural and skill fit.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Maintain candidate data and pipeline tracking in ATS or recruitment dashboards.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with business stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong talent pools for recurring hiring needs.
Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment progress and market insights.
