Role Overview This role is designed for experienced professionals who can independently manage the end-to-end business development cycle and lead high-level conversations with CXOs. This role offers complete flexibility and is best suited for individuals looking for performance-based, commission-driven earnings . You will handle both self-sourced leads and those generated by Lead Generator ICs. Key Responsibilities Conduct company research, profiling, and identify senior hiring opportunities Initiate and lead CXO-level discovery meetings Convert interest into expert-led pitch meetings with BGR's core team Represent BGR’s bespoke leadership hiring offerings to Founders, CEOs, CHROs Maintain lead records and update statuses using LinkedIn, Zoho CRM (Bigin), and Excel Manage ongoing Key Account relationships post-engagement Work remotely and independently to build a mandate pipeline Who Should Apply We’re looking for professionals who have: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development or client management Proven ability to initiate and lead CXO-level conversations Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and persuasive Comfort with tools likeLinkedin, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, and Excel A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset — ready to earn purely based on performance What You Can Expect Access to a premium CXO-level platform backed by a 20+ year legacy Remote and flexible work model — work from anywhere, on your schedule A lucrative commission structure — no earning cap Structured onboarding, training, pitch materials , and execution support from the BGR core team This is an entrepreneurial role designed for professionals who prefer flexibility and are confident in driving their own success through performance.
