What is the opportunity?
As a
EUC Senior Consultant
, you will be responsible for successfully delivering
Omnissa Workspace ONE
and/or
Omnissa Horizon
, a software platform for simple and secure application access across the enterprise, designed for use in a variety of customer environments. You will be a technical leader and expert and work directly with our customers and other team members on the day-to-day activities involved with post-sales implementation of Omnissa Workspace ONE, which includes understanding the customer’s challenges, business and technical requirements, proposing and designing solutions, delivering, and testing the platform.It’s an exciting job where we make the digital and workplace transformation happen! What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?
- Conduct our EUC consulting engagements per Omnissa’s Consulting Methodology (Plan, Execute, Test, Document, Knowledge Transfer)
- Design, Deploy & Manage engagements for one or more of Omnissa End-User Computing products
- Design, Implement and troubleshoot – Horizon 7.x / 8.x
- Will be required to Design, Implement and troubleshoot – Horizon Cloud Connector and Unified Access Gateway
- Will be required to Design, Implement and troubleshoot – Horizon Cloud on Azure
- Will be required to Deploy, configure, integrate and troubleshoot – WS1 Access with Horizon (and/or) Horizon Cloud
- Will be required to Design, Implement and troubleshoot – Dynamic Environment Manager (for Horizon and Horizon Cloud)
- Will be required to Design, Implement and troubleshoot – App Volumes (for Horizon and Horizon Cloud)
- Understanding of various 3rd party integrations with Workspace ONE, Omnissa Horizon On-Premise and Cloud
- Assess User Profile Management in a VDI environment and is able to troubleshooting User Profiles and GPOs
- Worked on vSphere 6.7 and 7.x environments
- Ability to assess and optimize Windows Operating Systems
- Ability to assess storage and network components of a VDI and provide best practice and required optimization
- Should be able to assess existing infrastructure components in the customer environment (AD, CA, DHCP, DNS, Patching, File & Storage, Network)
- Provide feedback on existing documentation and assist in the continuous improvement of consulting tools and knowledge
- Communicate across several levels of the customer’s hierarchy using your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Create Intellectual Property and custom artifacts with an innovative mindset
- Speaking and writing English fluently is required
- Required to work night shifts

- Previous experience with large Windows 10 management tools (PCLM), preferably Workspace ONE Modern Management
- Knowledge of Enterprise desktop and application assessment tools like ControlUp

- Omnissa Workspace ONE Access
- Omnissa Horizon
- Linux OS administration
- Networking experience in virtualization environments
- Storage experience in virtualization environments
- Public Cloud Infrastructure knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.)
- Certifications: Relevant Omnissa certifications OCAP Design & Deploy for Workspace ONE or Horizon or VMware VCP- DW and VCP-DTM strongly preferred. VCAP-DTM desired
