About The Role As a Sourcer at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top talent for the company's business teams. Your responsibilities will include devising and implementing sourcing strategies, establishing strong relationships with hiring managers, and engaging with potential candidates. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the business talent landscape and excel at attracting the most skilled and promising individuals. What You Will Do - Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to technical roles - Cultivate relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders - Reach out to potential candidates, conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and oversee the candidate experience - Source candidates through diverse channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals - Evaluate candidate qualifications and expertise - Collaborate with the recruiting team to extend offers and secure candidates What You Will Need - A minimum of 4 years of experience in business sourcing or recruiting - Proficiency in navigating the business talent landscape, with a preference for Sales and Customer Support domains - Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying and recruiting top-tier talent - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work autonomously and within a team setting - Strong aptitude for meeting deadlines and performing under pressure Additional Information Rippling places a high value on having its employees work in-office to promote a collaborative work environment and foster company culture. For employees based in offices (individuals residing within a specified radius of a Rippling office), the company deems working in the office, at least three days per week as per the current policy, as an essential aspect of the employee's role.,
