About The Role As a Sourcer at Rippling, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top talent for the company's business teams. What You Will Do - Develop and implement sourcing strategies tailored to technical roles - Cultivate relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders - Reach out to potential candidates, conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews, and oversee the candidate experience - Source candidates through diverse channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals - Evaluate candidate qualifications and expertise - Collaborate with the recruiting team to extend offers and secure candidates What You Will Need - A minimum of 4 years of experience in business sourcing or recruiting - Proficiency in navigating the business talent landscape, with a preference for Sales and Customer Support domains - Demonstrated track record of successfully identifying and recruiting top-tier talent - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work autonomously and within a team setting - Strong aptitude for meeting deadlines and performing under pressure Additional Information Rippling places a high value on having its employees work in-office to promote a collaborative work environment and foster company culture.
