Sourcer

As a Sourcer at a Taiwanese Global Company based in Noida, India, your role will involve conducting procurement activities to source mechanical products and services while ensuring compliance with company requirements. You will be responsible for evaluating and negotiating contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers. Additionally, maintaining a database of approved suppliers and overseeing RFQ and sample demand follow-up will be crucial aspects of your job. Monitoring supplier performance and addressing any issues related to product quality, delivery, or service will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct procurement activities to source mechanical products and services - Evaluate and negotiate contracts, prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers - Maintain a database of approved suppliers - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Follow up on RFQ and sample demands - Monitor supplier performance and address any related issues Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical, or a related field - Proficiency in both English and Hindi - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Please note that the role requires a minimum of six years of experience in sourcing mechanical products or related items.
