Key Responsibilities

• Source relevant candidate profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job boards or sourcing channels.
• Create and maintain a strong pipeline of suitable candidates for multiple open positions.
• Update and maintain candidate databases and trackers with accuracy.
• Share shortlisted CVs with the recruitment team within defined timelines.
• Conduct proactive market mapping to identify potential talent pools.
• Coordinate with internal teams as required for sourcing-related updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience (2–5 years) in sourcing roles within recruitment or staffing firms.
• Strong expertise in using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter/LinkedIn search tools, and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to search, filter, and identify relevant profiles efficiently.
• Good understanding of various job functions and keywords for effective sourcing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly sourcing targets.

• Handling stakeholder interactions or service line leader discussions.
• Participating in offer management or candidate negotiations.
• Attending review meetings related to recruitment cycles.
