Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description: You will be working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our company located in Agra (On-site). Your role will involve developing and implementing proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through passive candidate outreach. You will be responsible for utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, job postings, and professional networks for candidate sourcing. Additionally, you will contribute to building and enhancing the employer brand and agility in a fast-paced environment.
